Face Search Terms

I hereby affirm that I am 18 years of age or older, and I agree that as a result of this search:

• I WILL NOT CONFRONT any person I find in the results. If I believe I am in danger, I will contact the police.
• I WILL NOT HARASS, stalk, threaten, or blackmail any person.
• I WILL NOT TAKE MATTERS INTO MY OWN HANDS or encourage anyone else to act against a person in the results.
• I WILL NOT UPLOAD photos of anyone under the age of 18.
• I WILL NOT USE any information to make decisions about a person's employment, housing, renting, credit, or insurance.
• I WILL NOT USE this search for any illegal purpose.
• I UNDERSTAND that a match is not proof that a person committed a crime. Results are based on community reports, and entries marked "Pending Verification" have not been reviewed.
• I UNDERSTAND that facial recognition can produce false matches.
• I UNDERSTAND that photos I upload are stored by Gringos Up for verification and safety purposes.
• I AFFIRM that I am NOT a citizen or resident of a European Union country, the United Kingdom, or the U.S. states of Illinois, Texas, or Washington.
• I AFFIRM that I am in full compliance with all laws and regulations of my jurisdiction, and that they do not prohibit me from performing this face search.

Compliance and Liability Declaration: I unequivocally affirm and acknowledge that my use of Gringos Up complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies of the jurisdiction in which I am located. I accept and assume full legal responsibility and liability for any and all consequences or actions arising from any unlawful use or non-compliance related to Gringos Up in my jurisdiction. Any such legal consequences shall be borne exclusively by me, without recourse to Gringos Up.

No Warranty of Accuracy: Gringos Up makes no warranty, and expressly disclaims all warranties, as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on this website, including search results and community-submitted reports.

User Release and Waiver to Sue: I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive, release, and forever discharge Gringos Up, its owners, operators, partners, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, lawsuits, judgments, and legal proceedings of any kind, whether known or unknown, that arise from, relate to, or are connected with the content, search results, reports, data, or services provided by or associated with Gringos Up. I expressly waive any rights or benefits under any legal principle, law, or regulation of any jurisdiction that might limit or restrict the extent or application of this release.

I have read and fully understand this agreement, and by clicking the AGREE AND SEARCH button, I am entering into a legally binding agreement.

Reporting Terms

By submitting a report to Gringos Up, I affirm and agree that:

• The information I submit is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge, and is based on first-hand knowledge or reliable evidence.
• I am not submitting this report to harass, defame, or retaliate against anyone.
• The person pictured is 18 years of age or older.
• I have the right to share the photos I upload.
• Reports are marked "Pending Verification" until reviewed, and Gringos Up may review, edit, or remove any report at its sole discretion.
• I accept full responsibility for the content I submit, and I agree to indemnify and hold Gringos Up harmless from any claims arising from it.
